Process


Please search the dates that you wish to book a home for to see which homes are available. Following the process you can book out your villa for the selected period. You can email or telephone us to tell us of any additional requirements. Payments are processed through the WorldPay system, alternatively you can pay via bank transfer, or over the phone. (If you wish to do this simply contact us via email and we'll direct you). We do ask for a 10% deposit on booking a home unless your stay is within 8 weeks, If this is this case we ask for the whole amount.

Upon paying the deposit you will be given a booking reference which will tell you that the house has been booked out. Once full payment has been received then the information that you require for your stay will be sent to you. That is: how to get into the house, management company details (our team on the ground), extra services info and so on. We will also ask you for your house guest needs.

Upon arrival in the house you will find an information folder with all the information you will require about the home and a general info file on Orlando. There will be a letter for you from the management company who are just a phone call away. When you leave the property please do fill in the feedback form on the home which helps to maintain the high standards. Upon leaving if you wish to book the home for your subsequent visit then just send an email to angela@luxuryvillasusa.com and we can get that sorted for you with ease.
