The purpose and aim of our website is to offer the best luxury villa vacation. We have researched the best luxury villas available in the area and want you to relax and feel comfortable that you are searching the very best properties available.

Local Knowledge?

We have been owners of properties in this area since 2004 and personally own properties within this website. We personally know many of the owners of the properties on this website and over the years have used many management companies – this management company we solely use today is the very best by far which we have worked with. Together we are aiming at the very best experience for your vacation rental.

Is the information on the luxury villa on this website Accurate?

Yes, all information, images and availability are 100% accurate and updated regularly but both the owners and the management company.

How do I book a luxury villa?

You can choose the community to search here if you don't know the communities simply put your required dates in the search box and all available villas will populate so you can quickly see what is available. Once you have found your perfect luxury villas then follow the simple booking instructions on the website. Once this has been received the luxury villa is immediately booked out for your vacation.

How much is the deposit to reserve a villa?

The online booking deposit is 10% of the total rental cost. This is providing you are booking 8 weeks in advance of your arrival date. If this is not the case the full amount will be due to make your booking.

Where do I collect the keys to the villa?

Ten days before you're due to arrive our team will send you your key code meaning you can go straight to your villa. You will use this code throughout your stay.

Final Balance?

The final balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. This final balance will be 90% of the booking total value plus any extras you have requested. Your balance can be paid by our secure online portal or by other means such as bank transfer, check or cash.

Are credit cards accepted?

We do accept all major credit cards processed via the safe online payment provider WorldPay. If for whatever reason you do not feel comfortable paying online then please call the office and we can help you through the payment over the phone using your credit card. No credit card details will ever be stored on our server or kept on file.

Are there any card fees?

The only card fees applicable are those charged to a full or final balance sum. For example; should your stay come to a total of $1000. If you're within 8 weeks of your arrival date you will pay $1000 to secure your stay. This will incur the relevant card fee. If you're 8 weeks away from your arrival date the deposit amount will be $100 (10%), this will not incur any fees. Should you then choose to pay your final balance of $900 by card you will incur a charge of 2% (2.7% for American Express). This means your final balance due in this instance would be $918. You can avoid this charge by paying by bank transfer, check or cash.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

The check in time is 4pm or after. The check out time is 10am or sooner. It is possible to arrange an early check in or late check out – this depends on if the property has a booking either leaving or arriving on the dates of your booking. Please contact the office to arrange this with us prior to your stay. We will try our best to help you with your request but please understand that this decision is dictated by the management company and must be fully adhered to.

Is there a local contact?

Yes, all of our homes are professional managed by the same local management company who are based in this area of Orlando.

Are pets allowed in the villa?

Pets are not allowed in properties unless the property is specified as pet friendly. You can find pet friendly homes by ticking the checkbox 'pet friendly' in the refinement options on the search page.

What linens and towels are provided?

All linens and towels are provided for your use in the villas. Please note there are NO beach towels supplied. If you request to use the water park in Reunion Resort then towels are supplied on arrival at the water park by Reunion Resort staff.

Are hairdryers provided?

Yes, hairdryers are provided in all of our villas.

What additional housekeeping services are provided?

All additional housekeeping services can be arranged from part housecleans to full housecleans. Please let us know what additional services you require and they can be arranged to suit your requirements. The housekeeping charges vary per property so please contact the office for current housekeeping charges.

Are irons and ironing boards provided?

Yes, irons and ironing boards are provided in all of our villas.
