To make the best vacation experience possible we invite our guests to discuss their needs with us so that they can be catered for. The selections of services that our Concierge can provide are below for you to make your stay more comfortable.

Hire Equipment Available:

  • High Chairs $40.00 Per week
  • Baby Monitors $35.00 per week
  • Full size wooden crib including linens $75.00 per week
  • Mattress is covered with bed bugs protector, sheet set, bumper and comforter.
  • Foldaway beds No linens $10 per day Linens for foldaway bed $15.00 per hire – set included mattress protector, sheet set, pillow and comforter
  • BBQ $55.00 per week including utensils.
  • Fan $10.00 Per Day

Each item is thoroughly cleaned and delivered direct to your villa prior to your stay.

Grocery Shopping:

If you wish to preorder your own groceries via an online shopping portal please ask for details.

Arrival Packs:

On arrival we can offer a wide range of arrival packs. These can contain anything from every day essentials such as coffee, Tea, bread, milk, beer, wines and much more. Please call our concierge service to discuss your requirements. We are able to offer a range fresh fruit baskets, champagne on arrival and celebration cakes and balloons.

Housekeeping:

We offer a fully trained and professional housekeeping service. We can offer services from light housekeeping, towel changing, making beds, changing linens and deep cleaning a full villa. Please notify our concierge team who can arrange the services required.

Butler:

We offer a professional in house butler service for those looking for a little extra service and luxury. Our butlers offer a high standard of service where all of our guests needs are anticipated.

Private Chef / Catering:

We offer the services of a private in-villa chef who will prepare a variety of healthy meals and personalised menus on either a full-time basis or for a one-off special occasion. The chef arrive at your luxury villa - prepare, cook and serve your food while you. A a-la-carte service is also available with a full team of cooks to cater for larger parties.

Babysitting:

Along side our management company we are associated with a fully licensed babysitting service providing the highest level of child care. All Babysitting staff are expertly trained and CPR and First Aid qualified allowing you to relax in the knowledge that your little ones are in safe hands.

Home Spa Service:

Why not enjoy being pampered in your own private villa and get our Home Spa service. The concierge will be delighted to arrange for a fully trained masseuse or beauty therapist to transform your villa into a spa at home for a pamper day for you and your guests.

Event Planning:

For larger parties and important events our concierge team can help plan for special occasions, corporate events and weddings. Please ask for details of this service.

Flowers & Chocolates Delivery:

We can make your stay be that bit more luxurious with attractive floral arrangements, chocolates and gifts Choose from a wide selection of products available to delivered direct to your villa for yourself or as a surprise for that special someone.
