Tipping Etiquette.

As a visitor to Orlando and the USA then you may not be aware of the
etiquette of tipping.

While tipping is not mandatory in most of the United States, it is customary in many circumstances for service, especially at almost all sit down restaurants which offer table service and many food servers depend on tips as an essential part of their wage.

You will probably find that the tip or service charge has already been added to your bill so do check this carefully before adding this again.

Here are some guidelines which you may find helpful.

Porter – $1 per bag.

$1 or small change in expensive restaurant.

$1-$2 but only when you get your car.

$1 -$5 per bag depending upon the level of hotel.

$5 or more if he or she performs a service for you.

$1-$3 if he helps you get a cab.

$1-$3 a day (either daily or at the end of your stay)

$1 – $2 per delivery even if a service charge has been added.

$1 to $5 per round of drinks, depending on the number of drinks.

15%-20% but round up the fare to the next dollar amount.

10% of the cost of the tour.

15%- 25% with 20% being the norm at high end restaurants.

$1-$2 per item checked unless there is a fee, then nothing.

It is a new top class Resort – The Encore Club and Encore Resort Homes at Reunion.

This is a luxury vacation resort development with state of the art amenities just minutes from the finest world class entertainment Orlando has to offer.

The Encore resort community when fully completed will have 750 homes ranging from 5 bedroomed luxury villas to 13 bedroomed luxury villas.

All the luxury villas will be privately owned and managed by Management companies selected by Encore. The houses we promote are all managed by Jeeves who will be on call 24/7 if required.
