What’s on in Orlando in May and June?

May is a popular month to travel to Orlando.
The temperatures are rising and the crowds are relatively low as the snowbirds, the Spring breakers and Easter holiday makers return home.
The half term in May is the time when you may see many of the Premier League football stars from the UK enjoying the Floridian sunshine and the The Theme Parks with their families.

Orlando’s weather in May is warm and humid. The average maximum daytime temperature in the month of May in Orlando is 31°C, about 88°F, while the average minimum temperature is still a pleasant 18°C, about 65°F.
On average, there will be 10 hours of sunshine per day.

In June, the weather is hot and humid, and can get very wet if you get caught outside when it rains. The average maximum daytime temperature in Orlando is as high as 32°C (90°F) whereas the average minimum temperature drops down to 22°C (71°F). There are fair chances of rain compared to the preceding months, as the rainy season is well under way.

You will find however that as soon as the rain does come it will disappear as quickly. Often you will find however that it may be raining in The Magic Kingdom and not in Disney Springs just down the road or it may rain in Hunters Creek and not in Reunion.

Encore Resort Homes at Reunion and The Encore Club.

As you drive down the Interstate 4 towards Tampa as you come towards Junction 60 you ask yourself a question “I wonder what is being built there?”

It is a new top class Resort – The Encore Club and Encore Resort Homes at Reunion.

This is a luxury vacation resort development with state of the art amenities just minutes from the finest world class entertainment Orlando has to offer.

The Encore resort community when fully completed will have 750 homes ranging from 5 bedroomed luxury villas to 13 bedroomed luxury villas.

All the luxury villas will be privately owned and managed by Management companies selected by Encore. The houses we promote are all managed by Jeeves who will be on call 24/7 if required.
Encore’s developer, Encore Capital Management, owns the property and also owns and manages Encore Resort Homes.
Encore Capital Management currently has more than $2 billion in real estate assets under management across the USA and a very strong track record of successful developments. Encore are also building on the 192 in Orlando near to The Formosa Gardens Shopping Plaza.

The amenities of the Encore Club are exclusively available to the owners and their guests. The Encore Club can be found in the massive Clubhouse in the centre of the Community.
The Encore Club concierge are available to answer questions for you about Orlando and print Disney and other park tickets right at the desk and they can also arrange for complimentary transportation to these parks.

Within the building there is a full service restaurant and bar, a lounge and fitness centre. Outside there is a large lawn and play area, basketball and tennis courts and a beach volleyball court.

Best of all! The Encore Club has a spectacular Water Park covering 10 acres featuring a 50 ft. high towering slide as well as additional exciting water slides, pools and kids’ splash zone. There is also a beach entry pool, a poolside bar and grill, cabanas and sun shades and sun loungers.

As all the homes are private luxury villas then no two villas will be alike. You will find that the individual owner has worked with the designer to develop their own dream vacation home to their particular taste and their own needs. Thus please do check the bedroom configurations in each villa so that they fit your needs. All the villas have swimming pools as well as many other purpose built features.

There are approx. 18 models of houses being built and the following table will help you to understand the development and the different sizes and the rental rates of the homes. Please note this is just a guide and I will amend it as time goes on.
Remember each luxury villa is individual and it is a private home so do check the website as we will showcase each luxury villa in its own right.
